Check your shampoo that does not contain any of these toxic ingredients, they are extremely damaging to your overall health, they can, as well as a number of other things, disrupt your hormones.  You can purchase good shampoos, check your local Health Food store.  There is a good one that is available here in Australia and it retails for only $19.95 for 1 litre - great value, great shampoo - its Organic Instinct.  Use a good conditioner as well, check them both for toxic ingredients

The Organic Instinct Shampoo does not lather as much but it does clean thoroughly.

Health hair tips

 Tip 1.  - For strong, healthy, thicker hair, add 20 drops per 250ml shampoo  Organic Rosemary 100% Pure Essential Oil.  For the added benefit of an antibacterial and anti-inflammatory product for your hair and scalp, also add 20 drops per 250ml shampoo Organic Eucalyptus Radiata 100% Pure Essential Oil.

Shake shampoo bottle well after adding Organic Essential Oils otherwise they may just sit on the top of the shampoo and not mix in.

Tip 2.  - Head Lice - Great for the school children, 20 drops per 250ml shampoo Organic Clove 100% Pure Essential Oil, also add the Organic Eucalyptus Radiata to keep their scalps healthy and free from bacteria.
