Note: With meals containing starches or sweetening use only these fruits
Cavandish Bananas, Dried dates, figs and raisins
Proteins - Meats, poultry, fish, cheese, milk, eggs, nuts
Fruits - All fruit and fruit juices
(melons and grapes to be eaten alone as they make all foods ferment)
Vegetables - All vegetables including herbs
Remove from Diet - refined sugar (white and raw, vinegar, alcohol, cigarettes, processed foods and artificial additives, genetically modified foods, hybrid foods, mould and fungus foods
NEVER USE - "Aspartame" marketed as "Nutrasweet", "Equal" and "Spoonful" it is not fit for human consumption - this chemical is used to replace sugar in diet or sugar free products.
